IN-FORM Gainsborough Trinity stretched their unbeaten run to nine games as they took the scalp of National League North play-off chasers Chester.
Trinity hit-man Declan Howe came up with the decisive late winner securing the Holy Blues’ name in the hat for tomorrow’s draw.
A lacklustre first half, where both sides failed to find the final ball, saw Chester go closest.
Kurt Willoughby stung the palms of Dylan Wharton midway through the half, the tie springing to life in the second period.
