■ WEYMOUTH edged a five-goal thriller to make it into round three.
The Terras raced into a two-goal lead inside the opening 13 minutes.
Firstly, Charlie Rowan applied the finishing touch from a corner, before Tom Bearwish skipped through the Seagulls’ defence and drilled a low shot past Max Harris to make it two.
Weymouth were holding firm but conceded as half-time was approaching. Sam Pearson’s shot found its way in, possibly off goalkeeper Will Buse.
