HASHTAG United put four past the Scholars to leave the home side four points off the play-offs.
It took the hosts just four minutes to open the scoring when Hashtag captain Max Cornhill latched onto a half-cleared save by Laurie Shala and fired home.
With 13 minutes on the clock, the score was doubled when Misha Djemaili turned his man inside out before sending a pinpoint cross toward goal for Toby Aromolaran to head past Shala.
