GROUND FOR SALE

A NON-LEAGUE ground with a clubhouse opened by Sir Alex Ferguson is on the market with a guide price of £500,000.
The six-acre ground in Valley Road, Urmston, in Trafford, Greater Manchester, was home to North West Counties League side Flixton, who folded in 2012 due to poor attendances.
The 2,000-capacity ground has since hosted Non-League and Sunday sides including Northwich Flixton Villa and Unicorn Athletic.
