CHATHAM Town returned to winning ways to end 2024 in style, defeating managerlessa Bowers & Pitsea at the Bauvill Stadium.
Winger John Ufuah returned to the Chats starting line-up after missing out on Boxing Day and he returned with a bang – putting Kevin Hake’s men into the lead after just seven minutes.
A brilliant pass from Miquel Scarlett picked out the forward whose touch evaded the defender before firing home at the near post.
