A FEMI AKINWANDE hat-trick helped Billericay Town pile on the pressure at the top of the table.
The Blues made a slow start to the game, and Lewes grabbed the opener courtesy of Hassan Jalloh, who broke the offside trap to calmly dispatch past Sam Donkin on 11 minutes.
Billericay grew into the game and the first real opening resulted in the Blues drawing level seven minutes later. Elliot Long did superbly to navigate around a few Lewes players before providing for Femi Akinwande to poke home.
