HUGHES TARGETS ANOTHER WELSH CUP WIN

FORMER Everton, Tranmere and Wales U21 star Rhys Hughes is hoping to add to his 17 goals this season for Connah’s Quay Nomads today to help his side hold on to the JD Welsh Cup at Newport’s Rodney Parade.
Hughes joined the Nomads last summer after they had upset the odds by beating The New Saints 2-1 in the final. A year on, TNS are aiming for revenge to claim a domestic treble for the fourth time.
