COOL finishes saw Lower Breck bag a historic first promotion to Step 4 with a gritty 2-0 win over Padiham in the Premier Division play-off final.
After a nip-and-tuck first half, the breakthrough came just shy of the hour mark when visiting captain Dan Morton was sent off for a foul and Jesse Dowling shrugged off a delay to do the business from 12 yards.
