Bax in business at Colliery

FORMER Doncaster Rovers, Mansfield Town and Walsall midfielder James Baxendale has been appointed as manager of Northern Counties East Division One side Club Thorne Colliery, writes ROBIN JONES.
Baxendale, 32, has joined his local club from Armthorpe Welfare and has brought along assistant managers Matthew Flanagan and Andrew Steptoe and coach Adam Dale.
He has replaced James O’Neill who stepped down after five years at the club.
