NON-LEAGUE legend John Still predicts bigger and better things for Southend United whatever happens at Wembley today.
Now 75, the club’s head of football has been there, seen it and remains the only man to have bagged the t-shirt three times having guided Maidstone United, Dagenham & Redbridge and Luton Town to promotion to the Football League.
Add those to titles with Leytonstone & Ilford, Dartford and Redbridge and you have a man who knows what it takes to get a club up.
