Gateshead chief allays fears after exodus

NEW Gateshead chairman Bernard McWilliams has refuted claims the National League club are in a mess after a turbulent start to the summer.
Several key figures from within the Heed hierarchy have left the International Stadium since the club agonisingly missed out on a play-off place on the final day of the season.
