GAVIN Smith admits this is a ‘big week’ for moulding his Ascot United squad after succeeding Jamie Tompkins as manager.
The Yellamen parted company with Tompkins last month after reaching the Isthmian South Central play-off semi-finals, where they lost to Hanworth Villa.
