■ HEATON Stannington overturned an interval deficit to record a first away victory of the campaign.
Kane Richardson’s tap-in opened the scoring, and the visitors could be forgiven for wondering if it was to be their day when goalkeeper Michael Acquah produced a stunning save to keep out Leighton Hopper’s header early in the second half.
