■ NORTH Ferriby claimed the spoils at the Versa Sportswear Stadium against Bishop Auckland.
Three well taken goals, that included a brace from Josh Thacker proved decisive for the Villagers.
It wasn’t until the 17th minute that James Williamson’s strike direct at Alfie Gordon opened the game up. Ferriby’s defence were called in to action with a goal line clearance, but minutes later they were ahead after a fine delivery across the face of goal found Thacker at the back post.
