■ JOEL Nketia’s 85th-minute diving header clinched this pulsating game for AFC Rushden Diamonds.
They started brightly and earned a fifth-minute penalty for a trip on the superb Ollie Brown-Hill – fomer Lincoln City ace Bruno Andrade converted confidently.
After largely dominating against unbeaten Basford, the Diamonds doubled their lead through a close range Tyler Winters finish after 26 minutes.
