The FA Vase second qualifying round involves 199 Step 5 clubs and 175 from Step 6. There are 36 ties that guarantee Step 6 clubs will be in the hat for the first round.

THE FA Vase second qualifying round involves 199 Step 5 clubs and 175 from Step 6. There are 36 ties that guarantee Step 6 clubs will be in the hat for the first round.
There are 18 debut clubs still involved in this round with Thornton Cleveleys, Stapleford Town, Belstone FC, Everrett Rovers and Crowle Colts all competing in all-Step 6 encounters.
The latter two clubs are also involved in games where the winner will set of equal their best Vase run, against Dearne and District and Staines and Lammas (Middx) respectively. Seven ties in total will result in t...
