No matter how far I travel to tick off Tavistock AFC in deepest Devon today, it is nowhere near as far as Truro City fans have to go to see their team play at Gateshead!

No matter how far I travel to tick off Tavistock AFC in deepest Devon today, it is nowhere near as far as Truro City fans have to go to see their team play at Gateshead!
I ‘only’ have a round trip of 492 miles while the Tinners must travel 910 miles. I have it relatively easy!
Jane SatNav takes me straight to Langsford Park and its spacious car park. It is a large complex, with several kids games taking place on the outer pitches.
Once they have finished, the car park quickly empties leaving room for incoming fans wanting to watch the Lambs’ Sout...
