ALEX Wall’s brace ensured Gary Mc-Cann made a winning start as St Albans’ manager, scoring early and finishing stronger in a 3-1 away win over Canvey Island at the Steve Taxis Stadium.
The former Billericay and Hampton & Richmond boss saw his side produce a composed display in defeating a Gulls’ side who remain rooted in the division’s bottom three after their ninth league defeat in 15 appearances.
