EASTERN COUNTIES LEAGUE

■ MULBARTON WANDERERS are now six points clear at the top of the table after a comfortable 4-0 home win against Cornard United. Cruise Nyadzayo netted twice for the league leaders with Ashley Jarvis and Owen Lane also on target.
Soham Town Rangers lost ground to Mulbarton and dropped to third in the league after suffering a 2-1 defeat at home to Haverhill Rovers with Jarid Robson scoring both of winners’ goals. Ely City are up to second after a 3-2 away victory against bottom side Heacham and fourth-placed Fakenham Town ran out 2-0 winners away to Woodbridge Town.
