BUXTON struck four times in the second without reply to claim all three points against Marine at The Silverlands.
The first shot of the contest did not arrive until the 21st minute, with Charlie Jolley trying his luck from distance, though his effort was comfortably gathered by Joe Young.
Just before the interval, Johnny Johnston had the final effort of the half, forcing Marine’s goalkeeper into a save at his near post.
Following the restart, Buxton came out firing and did not take long to find the opener.
