LEAMINGTON remain winless away from home and bottom of the league after leaders South Shields eased top a three-goal victory.
The managerless Brakes came into the game without a win in their last 15 away games in the league and contributed to their own downfall with an unfortunate early own goal.
A lovely one-two between Dan Ward and Ollie Bainbridge set the left-back away whose cross into the box hit Archie Crowther as he attempted a block and trickled past Rogan Ravenhill.
