■ ARLESEY Town roared back to form blasting Wormley Rovers 5-0in a clash of two out-of-sorts sides.
The home side’s four-match winless streak dated back to before Christmas but Arel Amu’s double put them on the road to recovery – a 20th-minute rebound after Ezra Forde had a shot blocked, followed by a crisp, low strike three minutes into the second half.
