PIERCE Mitchell’s late, late winner claimed the points as Berkhamsted saw off Taunton Town.
The visitors took the lead when Jack Rice was fouled by Luke Andrews in the box. Charlie Horlock made a good save from the penalty, but Rice reacted quickest to the rebound to fire Town ahead.
Berkhamsted should have levelled in first-half injury-time, but Ryan Blake fired over a cross with the away goal empty, but there was no-one there to take advantage.
