Proud boss Neil Danns hailed his brave Southport side after Danny Lloyd’s match-winning penalty saw them past National League Yeovil.
Ted Lavelle’s equaliser two minutes from time set up a tense penalty shootout at Haig Avenue after James Daly’s first-half effort had earlier put the Glovers in front.
