WELLING United secured a victory at Potters Bar Town in a five-star encounter which lifted them to within just one point of Premier Division safety.
Troy Howard almost opened the scoring for the Wings when he found himself on the right-hand side. His shot beat Josh Shattell in the Bar net but Dylan Adjei-Hersey was on hand to see the ball away from goal.
Demaray Anyadike almost scored a stunner for Bar when he curled the ball onto the post from miles out, with the goalkeeper rooted to the spot.
