Results are now a ‘single source’

Thanks for your observations on how postponed or abandoned games are displayed on the results page of the NPL website (Fans’ Forum, March 8).
The NPL and Isthmian League websites are linked to the FA’s central FAS system which holds all player details, and which is updated with incidents, goals, scorers, yellow and red cards during matchdays.
This removes the need to double enter information and creates a ‘single source of truth’ from which we then populate our respective websites. It also means we no longer pay any third-party sites to p...
