KETTERING put in a statement performance to run out winners over ten-man Quorn yesterday.
The Poppies can no longer go under the radar as play-off contenders, as they patiently deconstructed their visitors – who were hell-bent on retaining a point after Ethan Young was shown a straight red on 37 minutes after bringing down Eddie Panter as the last defender. It was
Quorn who took the lead on seven minutes after Cain Noble found a path at the near post and eloquently slotted under the diving Paul White.
