■TAKELEY opened up a gap to the relegation places as Gorleston missed the chance to improve their play-off hopes.
Takeley opened the scoring in the 14th minute when Lanrewaju Balogun ran in behind the Gorleston defence to calmly slot low past goalkeeper Jake Jessup.
Gorleston equalised five minutes later when Luke Johnson’s cross was met with a powerful header from Zach Dronfield.
