HAVING dropped back into the bottom four due to results elsewhere on Good Friday, the pressure was back on Welling United when they entertained mid-table Chichester City yesterday.
There was little to suggest what was to follow in a quiet first half but two goals in seven minutes immediately after the break put Welling well on the way to a vital three points.
Ade Azeez had a great chance in just the second minute but couldn’t poke it home before Emmett Dunn went close for the visitors, heading just wide.
