IN FRONT of a bumper crowd of over 800 on the Lincolnshire coast, visitors Hednesford Town kept alive their automatic promotion hopes with a very hard-fought win.
To be fair, chances were pretty much at a premium throughout a tense 90 minutes. It was a delightfully sunny day. Nevertheless, the firm pitch and windy conditions were generally against much fluent football.
