Scott to stay on as Stags chief

SCOTT Rendell says the opportunity to earn his management stripes as AFC Totton as ‘an honour’ and is backing the club to build on their highest ever league position.
The former Luton Town, Aldershot and Eastleigh striker took over the Stags’ hotseat from Torquay-bound Jimmy Ball in March and oversaw eight matches in interim charge, winning four out of his last five before yesterday.
