AKINDE’S IN FOR INVICTA

JAY SAUNDERS has continued to upgrade his Folkestone Invicta squad ahead of their foray into National League South – including National League title winner John Akinde.
Invicta romped to the Isthmian Premier title last season and have high hopes again next season.
Akinde, 36, who won promotion to League Two with Barnet in 2015, arrives after leaving Braintree Town.
He’s joined by fellow forward Aaron Cosgrave, 26, from Ebbsfleet United, while 21-year-old Harvey Kedwell steps up from AFC Croydon Athletic.
