Boro shake ’em up with shock Bebeto swoop

STAFFORD Rangers believe they have pulled off a major coup by luring Bebeto Gomes from Bury.
The Portuguese-born 27-year-old helped the Shakers to the NPL West title last term and will line up in the same division again next term having made the switch to the Boro for an undisclosed fee.
Gomes, who can operate as an attacking full-back or winger, is manager Graham Deakin’s 11th signing of a busy summer as the club step up their ambitious project.
