Rooks capture Tom and Tyrese

LEWES have boosted their ranks for the upcoming Isthmian Premier campaign by snapping up Tom Bender and Tyrese Owen.
Former Wales U21 international Bender, 33, brings a wealth of experience to the Dripping Pan.
The former Colchester United and Millwall centre-back made over 250 appearances for St Albans City in a seven-year stint and also returned to Saints last term.
Owen, 26, arrives from Billericay Town, who won promotion from the Isthmian Premier last season.
The Rooks describe him as ‘a commanding and technical midfielder who can also play in defence’.
