Quentin’s quick to take Spa job

DROITWICH Spa have turned to Quentin Townsend to fill the shoes of departed boss Andy Crowther.
Double promotion-winning boss Crowther who has stood down after five years and more than 200 games at the helm of the Saltmen, leading them to three play-off finals and a third-place finish in the Hellenic Premier last season.
Townsend, 49, started his managerial career at Southam United and ran Pershore Town before completing six years in charge of Stourport Swifts, who he led to the Worcestershire Senior Cup.
