Salter secures extended deal

BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent boss Ryan Salter has signed a two-year contract extension at North Road.
Salter, who made over 100 appearances for the club as a player, returned as manager in 2024 and led the R’s to the Isthmian North play-off final in his first season.
“It was an easy decision to award Ryan a new two-year contract and we will continue to support him in all his endeavours at the Regent,” said chairman Terry Doherty.
“As well as being an excellent manager and coach he is also a brilliant club man.
