KIERON GLEE AT MCADAM CAPTURE

KYLE McAdam has promised to bring energy and aggression to Southend’s left flank after joining the Shrimpers on a two-year deal.
The 21-year-old – who can play as a full-back or wing-back – made 23 League One appearances on loan at Mansfield and Northampton last term, but was released by parent club Nottingham Forest at the end of the season.
