ARD’S TASK IS TO PROMOTE RUBEN

NEAL Ardley’s first major role as director of football at Walton & Hersham was to promote Ruben Gaspar as the club’s new manager.
Previously in charge of the Swans’ B team, Portuguese-born Gaspar stepped up to take interim charge of the first team, alongside Wayne Andrews, earlier this month following the departure of Kevin James.
