CARDIFF MET gained revenge for their defeat in a penalty shootout to Connah’s Quay Nomads in last season’s Nathanial MG Cup final as they gave new boss Ryan Jenkins the perfect start to his JD Cymru Premier League career.
Goals from Sam Jones and Lewis Rees earned the Archers their first league victory over the Nomads since the students qualified for the top -light in 2016. For the Nomads’ new manager, Neil Gibson, it was anything but the perfect start.
