South Shield celebrate getting to Wembley

I NEVER thought I’d see the day that my local side, South Shields, made it to Wembley.
The area has been buzzing since our FA Vase semi-final win last Saturday and now all talk is on cheering the boys on come May 21.
Congratulations also to Cleethorpes, who we will be playing on the day, and Macclesfield Town and York City, who also made it through to Non-League Finals Day, in the FA Trophy. It promises to be a memorable occasion.
