Upheaval is a Weston nightmare

I REALLY don’t get Scott Bartlett’s sudden decision to step down as manager of Weston-super-Mare.
Just last week in The NLP, he was talking about his delight at having secured the services of Dayle Grubb for another season and how “we” would love to be in the promotion mix next season.
Then, just days later, he steps down to continue his role with the Forest Green Rovers academy, which he must have known would change the moment they were promoted to the Football League?
