■MATTHEW BATES has challenged Hartlepool United to keep their unbeaten run going against rock-bottom Guiseley, who are 15 points adrift and look nailed on for the drop.
Pools haven’t lost in five and have won their last three games which has seen them climb seven points clear.
Bates is yet to lose since taking over the managerial reins from Craig Harrison on an interim basis, and he wants that to continue.
