BOREHAM WOOD let slip a valuable two points in the promotion race after squandering a host of late chances.
Striker Morgan Ferrier wasted the best, expertly taking down Bruno Andrade’s cross in the middle of the box, but smashed his volley wide.
The first half lacked any real conviction or attacking impetus but it was struggling Barrow who went closest to breaking the deadlock Asa Hall’s header had to be tipped over the crossobar by Wood keeper Grant Smith following a Calum Macdonald free-kick.
