CRITICISM: Marcus Bignot was sacked by Chester in the club’s car park

CHESTER’S board have been forced to apologise for the handling of Marcus Bignot’s dismissal – after the boss was given his marching orders in the car park. The Chester Chronicle put supporter criticism to chairman David Harrington-Wright in a detailed interview that covered the Blues’ plight this season.
Former Solihull Moors and Grimsby Town manager Bignot had been set to leave the beleaguered club at the end of April regardless, following their relegation from the National League.
