BLUES SEAL HOWSON’S SIGNATURE

STEVE HOWSON has been reunited at Chester with his former Salford City bosses Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley.
The 32-year-old defender brings a wealth of experience to the Blues having played for the duo at the Ammies before moving onto Curzon Ashton and Southport in the National League North last season.
It’s been a busy week for the new Chester managers with Nathan Brown, midfielder Gary Roberts and the returning Matty Hughes all signing on.
Trafford keeper Grant Shenton has also been secured for next season, with a total re-shape of the squad.
