EBBSFLEET UNITED received a major boost ahead of the start of the National League season after it was announced that striker Michael Cheek has agreed to join the club.
Cheek found the net 13 times in 34 appearances for Dagenham & Redbridge last season. The 26-year-old joined Daggers from Braintree last summer, where he caught the eye after scoring 24 times during the 2016/17 season.
Cheek began his career in the lower leagues with Stanway Rovers and Heybridge Swifts before securing a move to National League South side Chelmsford City in 2013, where he scored an impressive...
