MATT FINISH PUTS GLOSS ON SHAYMEN SUPER SHOW

A FIRST-HALFMatty Kosylo strike was enough to give FC Halifax Town victory over Dover at The Shay – the club’s first win since August 27.
A slight deflection saw Kosylo’s left-footed shot find the top corner after 39 minutes as Dover keeper Mitch Walker could only stand and watch. It was a lead The Shaymen throughly deserved and one they would ultimately hold on to for the win despite pressure from Andy Hessenthaler’s side.
Dayle Southwell was inches away from doubling the home side’s lead when his effort rattled the underside of the bar.
