BARROW righted a few wrongs for manager Ian Evatt after they got off the mark at the third time of asking with a hard-fought victory over Eastleigh in filthy conditions.
Back-to-back defeats to open the campaign had increased the necessity for a result for the Bluebirds and goals from John Rooney and Scott Quigley rewarded a much sturdier display.
