BROMLEY bounced back from their midweek FA Cup disappointment to keep the pressure on National League leaders Barrow with a hard-fought local derby win.
They were pushed all the way by Sutton, who were hoping to build on last week’s win at Torquay, but a mistake by returning captain Jamie Collins 11 minutes from time allowed Michael Cheek to score the second goal that killed off the home team’s challenge.
