A TREMENDOUS curling effort from Dave Tarpey helped Woking recover from a goal down to inflict Dave Challinor’s first defeat as Hartlepool United manager.
Jake Hyde brought Woking level before Tarpey’s seventh goal of the campaign sealed victory, after they trailed to Gime Toure’s first-half penalty.
Hartlepool’s Kenton Richardson thumped a header against the bar with the last effort of the game to leave Woking boss Alan Dowson thrilled as his side deservedly clinched all three points following a slow start.
